SENIOR TECHNICIAN AVIONICS

AirSial Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician Avionics to join its Line Maintenance team based in Peshawar. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional capable of performing aircraft maintenance tasks with precision and adherence to safety standards. The role involves working closely with maintenance data and specialized tools to ensure the operational readiness of aircraft, particularly within the Airbus A-320 family. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in an approved maintenance organization and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance tasks in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Interpret and implement aircraft maintenance data accurately to ensure proper servicing and repairs.
- Utilize special tools and equipment necessary for avionics maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Airbus World modules to access and manage maintenance data (advantageous).
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
- Work primarily on the A-320 family aircraft, applying technical knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and resolve avionics issues.

Required Qualifications
- Education: FSC Pre-Engineering or a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Completion of a minimum of three years apprenticeship in avionics from a recognized 147 training institute is preferable.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience working in an approved 145 maintenance organization (line or base maintenance), excluding on-the-job training; OR
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in an approved 145 maintenance organization (line or base maintenance), excluding on-the-job training, along with a basic B2 license without limitations.
- Ability to read and understand aircraft maintenance data and apply it effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work efficiently within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use special tools and equipment required for avionics maintenance tasks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working on the Airbus A-320 family of aircraft is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Airbus World modules for accessing maintenance data will be beneficial.
