Senior Test Lead

We are seeking a Senior Test Lead with 7 to 9 years of experience in QA and testing, specifically within the Microfinance and Lending domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Group and Individual Loans, Customer/KYC processes, Credit Checks, Loan Disbursement, EMI/Repayment, Collections, Interest & Charges, UPI/Payment Integration, API, and End-to-End Testing. This role is based in Hyderabad and involves leading a testing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive Test Design and Execution Plans, including detailed testing schedules.
- Assign tasks to team members and manage workload distribution effectively.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and incorporate new project requirements as they arise.
- Coordinate with users and stakeholders for inputs, reviews, and approvals.
- Measure and implement testing metrics to evaluate quality and progress.
- Prepare detailed reports on testing activities, including results, test case coverage, and defect status.
- Ensure strict adherence to established test processes and standards.
- Lead daily defect discussions to facilitate prompt resolution.
- Manage and monitor the performance and output of the testing team.

Required Qualifications

- 7 to 9 years of experience in QA/testing within Microfinance, Lending, or Banking sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Loans, KYC, Trade Life Cycle, Disbursement, and Collections processes.
- Proficiency in API testing and End-to-End testing methodologies.
- Experience with UPI/Payment Integration testing.
- Proven ability to create and execute test plans and manage testing teams.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with users and stakeholders.
- Ability to track and report on project progress and testing metrics effectively.
