Senior UI Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at ACE Money Transfer, you will lead the design and development of visually compelling and highly functional user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create user experiences that balance usability, aesthetics, and brand consistency. This role involves ownership of the overall design strategy, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring a cohesive and high-quality visual language across all digital products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end UI design for digital products, managing the process from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Design intuitive, responsive, and visually consistent interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, including visual assets, icons, and micro-interactions.
- Translate insights from user research and business objectives into effective, user-centered design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing, design reviews, and accessibility audits to uphold high standards of quality and inclusivity.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design practices.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity, skill development, and professional growth within the team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI design, with a strong focus on app UI design.
- Proven ability to create scalable and consistent design systems that support product development and brand alignment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
