Senior UI/UX Designer (Angular)

KalSoft is looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive and user-focused digital experiences within the fintech sector. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in UI/UX design combined with strong frontend development skills. This role demands a passion for crafting visually appealing, responsive, and highly functional products that meet both business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design seamless and engaging user experiences for web-based applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop responsive and modern UI designs that align with business objectives and enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Build and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to promote consistency across products.
- Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements to optimize the overall user experience.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, UI/UX best practices, and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Work alongside frontend development teams using technologies such as Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript to support and guide the implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, new technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance design quality.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and user experience development.
- Strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
- Hands-on frontend development experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience designing responsive web applications and reusable UI components.
- Deep understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and design systems.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Prior experience in the fintech, banking, or financial services industry is highly preferred.
