Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in a hybrid role based in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform by transforming user feedback and internal wireframes into polished, production-ready designs. This position demands not only a keen eye for aesthetics but also a deep understanding of why design works, with mastery in color science, attention to detail, and exceptional design sensibility. You will work closely with front-end engineers, deliver interactive Figma prototypes, build and maintain a comprehensive design system, and continuously refine your work based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert wireframes and conceptual ideas into pixel-perfect, production-ready designs.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance a scalable design system using Figma.
- Apply advanced principles of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy to all designs.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate prototyping and generate high-fidelity design concepts.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and interactive prototypes to development teams.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Document design decisions thoroughly to maintain consistency across the product.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing complex digital products or platforms.
- Expertise in Figma, including design system creation and maintenance.
- Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- In-depth knowledge of color science and visual composition.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design output.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Receptive to feedback with the ability to iterate designs quickly.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams to deliver production-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in graphic design or branding.
- Experience designing responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
- Experience with usability testing and analytics tools.
