Senior UI/UX Designer Web & Mobile Applications

E Technologies, a forward-thinking technology and media company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating modern, intuitive, and visually compelling web and mobile applications across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to independently translate complex business requirements into polished, development-ready designs that ensure a seamless user experience on web, iOS, and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web, iOS, and Android applications. Translate business needs, product specifications, and user insights into effective design solutions. Design complete applications from initial concepts and user journeys to high-fidelity interfaces. Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design systems. Create scalable and reusable components, design tokens, and maintain consistent visual guidelines. Ensure responsive design that adapts flawlessly across devices and screen sizes. Maintain exceptional visual consistency across all screens, components, and interaction states, paying close attention to spacing, padding, margins, alignment, typography, colors, icons, borders, shadows, component sizing, and visual hierarchy. Design intuitive navigation structures, forms, dashboards, onboarding flows, and complex user workflows. Develop and refine animations, transitions, micro-interactions, and various interface states such as loading, empty, error, and success. Adhere to modern UI/UX principles and platform-specific standards for iOS and Android. Conduct usability evaluations to identify and resolve UX issues, continuously improving application usability. Collaborate closely with frontend and mobile developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs. Review frontend work to verify alignment with approved designs and address any inconsistencies. Contribute to enhancing the company’s overall design standards, processes, and user experience.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong focus on web and mobile applications. Proven track record of independently designing complete applications from concept through implementation. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components and Variants, Variables and Design Tokens, Interactive Prototyping, Design Libraries, Design Systems, and Developer Handoff. Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, information architecture, usability, and interaction design. Exceptional visual design skills with a meticulous attention to detail and ability to spot visual inconsistencies. Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout composition, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy. Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable components. Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design. Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design approaches. Skilled in designing and documenting all interface states including loading, success, error, disabled, and empty states. Experience collaborating with developers to ensure precise implementation of designs. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and creative skills. Ability to manage multiple design tasks independently while maintaining high quality. Excellent communication skills with professional-level English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience designing SaaS platforms, complex dashboards, admin panels, e-commerce, or content management systems is a plus. Background in media, streaming, publishing, charity, subscription, or membership platforms is advantageous. Familiarity with user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and UX evaluations is desirable. Knowledge of web accessibility standards and inclusive design practices is beneficial. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development principles is preferred. Experience working with technologies such as Vue.js, Nuxt, React, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin is a plus. Ability to design applications with complex workflows, multiple user roles, and advanced interactions. Skilled in creating advanced interactive prototypes and micro-animations. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern workflows. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to improve or redesign existing applications based on user feedback and usability findings.

For each application, provide the name, a brief description, a live URL or app store/Figma link, and a clear explanation of your role and responsibilities. Design examples should showcase work across multiple screens and full user journeys, demonstrating the ability to design complete applications rather than isolated screens or conceptual work. Applications without two qualifying examples will not be considered.
