Senior Umrah Sales Executive

Located in Karachi, this full-time, office-based position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 100,000. The role requires a minimum of three years of experience in Umrah sales or a related position within the travel and tourism sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless Umrah experience for clients. This role demands strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and meet sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to Umrah packages, including travel arrangements and associated services.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Umrah packages tailored to their requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations and clearly communicate package details, pricing, flight options, hotel accommodations, and other inclusions.
- Manage all aspects of Umrah bookings, including ticketing, hotel reservations, and coordination of visa processing.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective and timely communication.

Required Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as an Umrah Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel and tourism industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Umrah packages, visa procedures, flight bookings, and hotel reservations.
- Proven track record in Umrah package sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong ability to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Capability to work efficiently under sales targets while managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is required; familiarity with travel booking systems is preferred.

- The role is based in an office environment on Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi, requiring full-time, in-person attendance.
