Senior Upseller-Web & Design

We are looking for a Senior Upseller specializing in Web and Design Sales to join our team in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. This in-person position operates on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM and focuses on driving substantial revenue growth through strategic upselling and strong client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a confident sales professional with a proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets, negotiating high-value deals, and building long-term partnerships within the web, design, and digital services sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Upselling: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing and potential clients to maximize revenue streams.

Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets ranging from $10,000 to $15,000 by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining proactive client engagement.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to improve retention rates and encourage repeat business.

Sales Leadership: Take ownership of the upselling process and mentor junior sales team members by sharing best practices and effective sales techniques.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on high-value deals to ensure successful closures that maximize business value.

Client Needs Analysis: Thoroughly assess client requirements and recommend suitable web, design, development, and digital solutions.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in web, design, and digital industries to effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.

Performance Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and development teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

Education: O/A Levels preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, upselling, or account management with a proven ability to meet high-value sales targets.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Strong client relationship management and account handling capabilities.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of web design and development concepts.

Personal Attributes: Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated with experience managing senior-level clients and complex negotiations.

Leadership: Ability to mentor and support junior sales professionals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 250,000 to 350,000 per month, along with an uncapped commission structure to reward outstanding performance.
