Senior Upwork Bidder

We are seeking a highly skilled Upwork Bidding Specialist with over five years of experience in securing high-value projects in software development, AI, and IT sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of successfully acquiring clients and closing projects on Upwork, demonstrating expertise in proposal writing, communication, and negotiation. This full-time, on-site position is based in Faisalabad and offers a competitive salary along with performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective bidding strategies on Upwork to maximize project wins.
- Write compelling and tailored proposals that resonate with potential clients and address their project needs.
- Communicate professionally and negotiate terms to close deals efficiently.
- Optimize the use of Upwork Connects to ensure cost-effective bidding.
- Generate qualified leads consistently and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and foster long-term client relationships.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Upwork bidding with a proven track record of winning projects.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and project closing within software development, AI, or IT fields.
- Excellent proposal writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage clients effectively.
- Deep understanding of Upwork’s bidding system, including Connects management and strategic bidding techniques.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Faisalabad.
