Senior UpWork Bidder

We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in bidding and project acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of CMS development and CRM platforms, with particular expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) and HubSpot. This role requires the ability to identify relevant project opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and support the technical services team in winning new projects. The candidate will work closely with the development team to ensure proposals align with client needs and project scopes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and shortlist relevant Upwork projects related to web development, CMS development, CRM solutions, and business automation.
- Prepare customized, persuasive proposals that align with client requirements and project specifications.
- Review client requirements thoroughly and collaborate with the development team to identify suitable technical solutions.
- Support project estimation and proposal preparation by gathering necessary input from technical team members.
- Manage all bidding activities, maintain client communication, and track opportunities effectively.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant project opportunities to contribute toward acquisition targets.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Upwork bidding and project acquisition.
- Proven experience in writing proposals and a demonstrated ability to help secure projects.
- Strong understanding of IT services, CMS development, and CRM solutions.
- Technical knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially GoHighLevel (GHL) and HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of website development, CRM integrations, workflow automation, and lead management.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and communicate them clearly to clients.
- Excellent research, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently contribute toward bidding and revenue goals.

Shift Timing:
This position requires working from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday.
