Senior Video Editor

Devsinc is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join the team working on Voosha, its innovative creator marketplace product. In this role, you will take ownership of Voosha’s video content, guiding projects from initial planning and shooting through to the final edit. Your work will include creating engaging reels, promotional videos, product walkthroughs, YouTube content, and event coverage, ensuring each piece aligns with the brand’s vision and resonates with the audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original video concepts, reel formats, and storytelling approaches, consistently bringing fresh ideas to each project rather than simply executing briefs.
- Manage all aspects of pre-production, including concept development, scripting, and shot list creation, as well as post-production tasks such as editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Edit a variety of video formats including short-form reels, platform walkthroughs, promotional content, and testimonial videos.
- Utilize AI-powered video tools to accelerate content creation and enhance video quality.
- Collaborate on scripting and contribute creative content ideas tailored for social media platforms.
- Oversee video shoots, coordinating both in-house creator sessions and event coverage to ensure smooth production processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and CapCut.
- Skilled in creating video templates from scratch and editing them efficiently.
- Practical experience with AI video tools such as RunwayML and Higgsfield.
- Strong storytelling ability, with a keen understanding of pacing and social media video formats.
- A creative and self-motivated mindset, regularly contributing innovative ideas to projects.
- Demonstrated scripting skills and a compelling portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work.
