Senior Videographer & Video Editor

Arrants Construction is seeking a skilled and creative Senior Videographer & Video Editor to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis at Bahria Town Karachi (BTK). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of professional experience in videography and video editing, with the ability to manage the entire video production process independently—from shooting to final editing. This role requires strong technical expertise, a creative approach, and full proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications. The position operates during night shifts from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and candidates must be available to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality promotional, corporate, and social media videos that effectively communicate the company’s message.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture footage that meets production standards.
- Create engaging reels, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Perform color grading, sound editing, and all aspects of post-production to ensure polished final products.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop innovative video concepts aligned with project goals.
- Deliver completed video content within established deadlines, maintaining high quality throughout the production cycle.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of five years’ experience in professional videography and video editing roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, including lighting, composition, and storytelling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with professional cameras and production equipment.
- Ability to independently manage filming and editing projects from start to finish.
- A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing previous videography and editing work.
- Willingness and availability to work the specified night shift on-site at Bahria Town Karachi.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Experience in construction or real estate videography is considered an advantage.
- Candidates residing in Bahria Town Karachi are preferred to facilitate on-site work requirements.
