The Senior Virtual Relationship Manager (SVRM) Team Lead will oversee a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and act as the primary digital liaison between the bank and its SME clients. This role focuses on driving proactive client engagement, ensuring smooth onboarding and post-onboarding support, and delivering customized financial solutions tailored to client needs. The SVRM Team Lead is responsible not only for their own performance but also for the team’s success, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and adherence to compliance standards. The position demands a strong commitment to fostering a customer-centric, technology-driven digital banking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management and Drop-off Handling for new client acquisition, ensuring potential leads are effectively converted.
- Manage NSTP (Non-Standard Transaction Processing) scenarios to maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Provide ongoing client servicing and handle complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives within the first three months of client onboarding to maximize portfolio value.
- Oversee portfolio management, monitoring client accounts and identifying opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise with a solid understanding of market trends, investments, and financial markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with cultural sensitivity to effectively engage diverse clients.
- Excellent relationship management and networking abilities, complemented by an extroverted and amiable personality.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
