Senior Visit Visa Consultant

Gulf Star Services is looking for a seasoned Senior Visit Visa Consultant to join their team in Karachi on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 10 years of solid experience in international visit visa consultancy, with a strong focus on client profile assessment, documentation, and application preparation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can guide clients through complex visa processes for multiple destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Schengen countries, and Australia. The position offers a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives and operates Monday through Saturday from 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand travel purposes, financial status, and visa requirements.
- Assess applicant profiles to identify strengths, weaknesses, and documentation gaps.
- Advise clients on suitable visit visa options for various international destinations.
- Prepare and review visa application forms, supporting documents, cover letters, and travel histories.
- Guide clients on required financial evidence, employment or business documentation, travel history, and proof of ties to their home country.
- Identify potential risks in applications and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Ensure all applications are complete, consistent, and comply with embassy or immigration authority guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with documentation, sales, and visa processing teams to manage client cases.
- Keep clients updated on application progress, appointment schedules, and procedural changes.
- Stay informed about updates in visa policies, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, consultation notes, and case statuses within the CRM system.
- Support junior consultants and assist with complex cases when necessary.
- Uphold professional and ethical consultation standards without guaranteeing visa approval.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in visit visa consultancy, preferably covering multiple international destinations.
- Strong knowledge of international visit visa requirements and application procedures.
- Proven expertise in applicant profile assessment, document verification, and application preparation.
- Excellent client consultation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify documentation gaps and potential risks in visa applications.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in MS Office, online visa application portals, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
