Senior Web & App Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and support our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure effective communication, risk management, and adherence to timelines and budgets while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent and accurate project reporting, risk mitigation, timeline adherence, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate the smooth operation of the software development process, ensuring it functions as intended.
- Collaborate closely with Functional Managers to encourage, prioritize, and streamline project processes.
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects following established Project Management best practices.
- Coordinate communications and meetings with offshore clients to gather requirements and prepare project scope documentation.
- Deliver project outputs on time, within budget, and within scope, maintaining an up-to-date Project Schedule at all times.
- Support the professional development and training of team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management, keeping them informed of project progress and issues.
- Use a variety of processes, meetings, and documentation to maintain forward momentum and promptly identify potential problems.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company guidelines and processes, monitoring compliance throughout the project.
- Oversee proper version control and configuration management within the development team.
- Facilitate the sharing of lessons learned with relevant personnel to improve future project outcomes.
- Take full responsibility for the on-time delivery of the project solution.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures in the execution of project duties.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure based on recognized Project Management principles and best practices.
- Master’s Degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with cutting-edge technologies including Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain.
