Senior Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web applications, including both traditional and AI-driven platforms. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect solutions, solve complex problems, and integrate AI capabilities to accelerate development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the full technology stack, collaborating with stakeholders, and taking full ownership of features from concept through deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Lead technical design discussions and make informed architectural decisions.
- Build responsive, pixel-perfect frontends and robust backend APIs.
- Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and external APIs seamlessly.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Optimize applications for speed, security, SEO, and accessibility standards.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
- Quickly debug and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and marketing teams to align development with business goals.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in web development.
- Demonstrable portfolio, GitHub repositories, or live projects showcasing your skills.
- Proven experience leading projects or mentoring development teams.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, browser rendering processes, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with at least one backend technology stack, including Node.js, Python, PHP, or .NET.
- Ability to take full ownership of tasks and deliver results independently.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
