We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to lead the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of responsive websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions that align with business goals. This role requires a strong technical background, a commitment to best practices, and the ability to mentor junior developers while managing deployment and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of responsive websites and web applications using modern web technologies and industry standards.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions tailored to project requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, developers, and other stakeholders to plan and deliver technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring compliance with coding standards and development best practices.
- Integrate and manage APIs, databases, third-party services, and external systems as required by project specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform technical evaluations, debug issues, and optimize performance while mentoring and supporting junior developers.
- Take ownership of website deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, security updates, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Analyze technical challenges, propose appropriate solutions, and contribute to technical architecture, development strategies, and process improvements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, development tools, and industry trends, recommending improvements when applicable.
- Perform other senior-level development, technical, and project-related responsibilities as assigned to support company and client objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies including PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
