We are seeking a dedicated professional to take ownership of critical projects, working closely with top-tier banks to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of our innovative financial solutions. This role involves direct customer engagement, end-to-end project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize banking operations and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Leadership: Lead all phases of project implementation, including pre-UAT preparation, UAT execution, production deployments, and post-go-live support, ensuring timely and flawless delivery.
Customer Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing expectations and maintaining professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
UAT Coordination: Plan, conduct, and oversee User Acceptance Testing sessions with banking clients, addressing issues promptly and ensuring readiness for production rollout.
Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor and resolve technical and operational challenges, escalating critical matters when necessary to maintain project momentum.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within workflows and recommend actionable improvements to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and product teams to align on project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications:
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage client relationships and lead teams. Strong leadership qualities with proven experience in guiding projects and multitasking across multiple initiatives. A results-oriented problem-solving mindset.
Hard Skills: Demonstrated experience in software solution implementation, particularly within banking or financial services. Expertise in UAT processes, system testing, and API integrations. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana. Advanced technical skills including SQL, debugging, and system configuration knowledge.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Experience: 3 to 6 years in implementation, delivery, or project management roles, preferably within the banking or fintech industries.
