SEO & AEO Specialist

Centillion Hub Ltd is seeking an experienced SEO & AEO Specialist to join their team in Lahore on a full-time basis. This role requires working US hours during the night shift, specifically from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, to align with EST business hours. The ideal candidate will have over five years of proven experience managing SEO projects focused on the US market, with a strong understanding of advanced SEO techniques, AI-driven search optimization, and organic growth strategies tailored for Google.com.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive SEO and AEO/GEO strategies targeting the US audience.
- Enhance visibility across Google AI Overviews, Featured Snippets, People Also Ask, ChatGPT, and Perplexity platforms.
- Implement advanced schema markup including FAQ, HowTo, Article, Organization, and Product schemas.
- Optimize content for zero-click searches, voice search, and AI citation opportunities.
- Take full ownership of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Conduct US-focused keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and develop content strategies accordingly.
- Build high-authority backlinks from reputable US domains.
- Perform detailed technical SEO audits covering Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, and site architecture.
- Track and report performance using tools such as Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, and AI visibility platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members to enhance overall team performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and AI search updates, implementing necessary adjustments promptly.
- Manage client communication and performance reporting during US business hours.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience working with US clients or US-based websites is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Geographical SEO), and AI Search Optimization.
- Demonstrated success in ranking competitive keywords within the US market.
- Proficient in SEO tools including Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Solid understanding of schema markup, WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Ability to work the designated night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to provide case studies or ranking proofs related to US projects.
