SEO Content Writer Mid level

We are seeking a mid-level Content Writer with a minimum of two years of experience in SEO content writing to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating well-structured, search-intent-focused content based on detailed briefs provided by the Content Team Lead (CTL) and Strategy team. This role demands disciplined execution, clarity in writing, and responsible use of AI tools to assist in drafting and refining content while maintaining a human touch. The position is full-time, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, located at F-5/1, Evacuee Trust Complex.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce SEO-aligned content strictly following approved briefs.
- Adhere to the specified structure, intent, tone, and examples provided in the briefs.
- Utilize AI tools solely as a drafting aid; ensure all content is refined and humanized before submission.
- Implement proper heading hierarchy (H1 to H3) and integrate keywords naturally without overstuffing.
- Conduct thorough self-quality checks focusing on grammar, clarity, depth, and compliance with the brief.
- Apply revisions promptly based on feedback from the CTL or Strategy team.
- Maintain consistency in both delivery speed and content quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in SEO content writing.
- Strong command of English writing and grammar.
- Clear understanding of search intent and how to target it effectively.
- Proficiency in structuring content with appropriate heading tags (H1 to H3).
- Experience with AI-assisted drafting tools, using them responsibly to enhance productivity.
- Skills in content formatting and optimizing readability.
- Basic knowledge of on-page SEO principles.
- Strong editing and refinement capabilities to ensure polished final content.

This is an on-site role; remote applications will not be considered. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 45,000 to Rs 70,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
