The SEO Dialing Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role involves proactively reaching out to potential and existing clients to discuss SEO services, gather detailed requirements, and explain recommended strategies. Agents will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining comprehensive records of client interactions and campaign details. Daily activities include qualifying prospects, scheduling consultations, coordinating with SEO and marketing teams, and communicating performance updates to clients. The position requires a solid understanding of basic SEO and web analytics concepts to effectively convey the value of services offered. Clear, professional, and timely communication is essential in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to discuss SEO services and gather requirements.
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations with the SEO and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, campaign needs, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with SEO specialists and marketing staff to ensure client requirements are met.
- Explain SEO strategies and web analytics insights in a clear and understandable manner.
- Provide clients with timely updates on campaign performance and progress.
- Uphold professional telephone etiquette and maintain a positive client experience throughout all communications.
- Work effectively within a target-driven, collaborative environment during night shifts on-site.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform and discuss Keyword Research and On-Page SEO best practices confidently with clients.
- Understanding of SEO Audits and the ability to interpret Web Analytics reports.
- Familiarity with Link Building concepts and their impact on search engine rankings.
- Strong verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette, with confidence in making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO services typically offered by agencies.
- Organizational skills to manage call logs, follow-ups, and client information accurately.
- Proficiency in English; additional local language skills are considered an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site during night shifts.
