SEO Executive (Female)

Graficano Communications is seeking a dedicated and skilled SEO Executive to join their team at the Sialkot office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of practical experience in SEO and a solid understanding of search engine optimization techniques. This full-time, on-site role requires proficiency in using SEO tools to enhance website performance and drive organic traffic. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving search rankings.
- Optimize website elements such as meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor website performance metrics including clicks, impressions, keyword rankings, and indexing issues using Google Search Console.
- Analyze organic traffic and user behavior through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to inform SEO strategies.
- Utilize Semrush or similar SEO tools for keyword tracking, competitor research, and comprehensive website audits.
- Identify and report technical SEO issues, including crawlability, indexing problems, broken links, and duplicate content.
- Enhance existing website content by aligning it with search intent and relevant keywords.
- Support off-page SEO efforts, including backlink analysis and link-building activities.
- Track keyword rankings regularly and prepare detailed monthly SEO performance reports.
- Stay informed about the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices to ensure ongoing optimization success.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of hands-on SEO experience with a strong grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts.
- Proficiency in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Semrush or equivalent SEO tools.
- Ability to perform keyword research and competitor analysis effectively.
- Understanding of key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, impressions, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), and keyword rankings.
- Good command of English, both written and reading skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with a responsible attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the company’s Sialkot location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though candidates with relevant practical SEO experience are encouraged to apply.
