We are looking for a talented and innovative SEO Expert to join our team at Skylight Codeworks. This full-time, onsite role is located at our co-working space on the 3rd floor of Zam Zam Mall, Main GT Road, Punjab, Lahore. The ideal candidate will take ownership of planning, executing, and managing SEO strategies that boost our organic search visibility, increase website traffic, and enhance our overall online presence. This position offers the chance to work closely with various teams in a dynamic environment focused on measurable SEO success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and thorough website audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to align with on-page SEO best practices.
- Manage off-page SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns and outreach activities.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and analyze data to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure SEO principles are integrated across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging tools to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare and deliver detailed monthly SEO reports and insights to key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Expert.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.
- Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress and Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
