We are seeking a skilled SEO Expert with over two years of practical experience in enhancing website rankings, driving organic traffic growth, and executing comprehensive SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging AI tools for SEO purposes, including content optimization, research, and workflow automation. This role requires a hands-on approach to improving search visibility and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website performance.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures.
- Detect and resolve technical SEO issues such as indexing problems, crawling errors, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Create and maintain quality link-building and backlink strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor organic traffic trends, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and overall SEO performance metrics.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets.
- Stay informed about the latest Google algorithm updates and evolving SEO trends to maintain competitive advantage.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for keyword research, content enhancement, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and automation of routine tasks.
- Prepare detailed SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, demonstrating successful implementation of strategies that improve search engine rankings.
- Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO methodologies.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent platforms.
- Practical experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other AI-driven SEO and content optimization software.
- Solid understanding of keyword research techniques, search intent analysis, content optimization, and link-building best practices.
- Familiarity with Google ranking factors, algorithm updates, and industry-standard SEO practices.
- Ability to analyze SEO data effectively and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Strong analytical thinking, research capabilities, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs120,000. This role requires the candidate to work on-site, ensuring close collaboration with internal teams and direct involvement in project execution.
