Transparent Hands Foundation, Pakistan’s largest technology-driven healthcare crowdfunding platform, is seeking a dedicated SEO Specialist to join their team at the Lahore office. This full-time, on-site role focuses on enhancing the organization’s digital presence to support its mission of connecting donors, patients, and verified healthcare facilities for life-saving treatments. The foundation also conducts free medical camps in remote areas, providing essential consultations, diagnostics, and medicines to underserved communities. The SEO Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sustainable organic growth by optimizing the website and digital content to improve search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough keyword research to uncover growth opportunities and target relevant search terms.
- Perform detailed SEO audits and implement strategic recommendations to enhance website performance.
- Develop and execute effective link-building campaigns to increase domain authority.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, and content to align with on-page SEO best practices.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, applying data-driven insights to improve results.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent SEO standards and maximize impact.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in keyword research and trend analysis to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Proven experience conducting SEO audits and delivering actionable insights that drive improvements.
- Hands-on experience with link-building strategies that enhance domain authority and search rankings.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO techniques and content optimization.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills to interpret data and recommend solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working in the nonprofit sector or a similar environment is considered an advantage, given the organization’s focus on healthcare and social impact. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs120,000 and requires the candidate to work on-site at the Transparent Hands office located in DHA Phase 3, Lahore.
