SEO Expert

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to take full ownership of the SEO execution process, from conducting technical audits to optimizing content and building high-quality backlinks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth through strategic keyword targeting, leveraging AI tools, and implementing modern backlink strategies. This role requires a hands-on approach to both technical and creative aspects of SEO, ensuring improved search rankings, increased traffic, and enhanced site performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize low-to-medium difficulty keywords within a 2 to 4-week timeframe using targeted and efficient execution methods.
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer SEO, Jasper, and Frase to scale on-page SEO efforts, including content creation and internal linking strategies.
- Develop and implement contemporary backlink acquisition tactics, including digital PR, HARO/Connectively outreach, niche edits, and guest posting campaigns.
- Automate repetitive SEO tasks such as meta tag optimization, schema markup generation, content brief creation, and audit reporting to improve efficiency.
- Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and overall site architecture.
- Continuously monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversion metrics, providing clear and actionable performance reports to the team.
- Collaborate closely with Google Ads and content teams to ensure alignment between paid advertising and organic search strategies.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of achieving measurable ranking improvements.
- Strong knowledge of current, ethical backlink acquisition methods, avoiding outdated or spammy tactics such as PBNs.
- Expertise in keyword research, with the ability to quickly identify and capitalize on quick-win opportunities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
- Experience with programmatic and automated SEO techniques, such as auto-generating optimized pages and performing bulk on-page updates.

Additional Information

- Working hours for this position are from 4 PM to 1 AM.
- The role is based in Bahria Town, Lahore.
