SEO & Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented SEO and Full Stack Developer to enhance and manage our website’s search performance while actively engaging in hands-on coding and WordPress development. This hybrid role blends technical expertise with marketing insight, ideal for someone who is comfortable both writing code and driving organic search growth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital presence and ensuring a seamless, high-performing website experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to boost search rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and comprehensive SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages, including development of themes and plugins tailored to business needs.
- Develop and maintain website features as a full stack developer, working across both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Optimize website speed, structure, and overall technical health, addressing site architecture, schema markup, sitemaps, and indexing issues.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, security vulnerabilities, and conflicts related to plugins or themes.
- Stay up to date with the latest search engine algorithm changes and web development best practices to ensure ongoing optimization.

Required Qualifications

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO combined with full stack web and WordPress development.
- Strong proficiency in full stack development, with the ability to work on both front-end and back-end components.
- Proven track record in building and customizing WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and custom functionalities.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and familiarity with SEO tools and platforms.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate strategies and technical details.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
