SEO & Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented SEO and Full Stack Developer to enhance and manage our website’s search performance while actively engaging in hands-on coding and WordPress development. This hybrid role blends technical expertise with marketing insight, ideal for someone who is equally comfortable writing code and driving organic search growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to boost search rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and thorough SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages, including the development and modification of themes and plugins.
- Develop and maintain website features as a full stack developer, working across both front-end and back-end technologies as required.
- Optimize website speed, structure, and overall technical health, focusing on site architecture, schema markup, sitemaps, and resolving indexing issues.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, security vulnerabilities, and conflicts related to plugins or themes.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and web development best practices to ensure ongoing optimization.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO combined with full stack web and WordPress development.
- Strong full stack development skills with a proven track record of building and customizing WordPress sites, including themes, plugins, and custom functionalities.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO principles, on-page SEO techniques, and familiarity with SEO tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate and document processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
