SEO / Google Business Profile (GBP) Specialist

Cyber Ghost Solutions (CGS) is a growing software and digital solutions company focused on helping businesses improve their online presence, streamline operations, and expand through technology, digital marketing, and automation. We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled SEO / Google Business Profile (GBP) Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization who enjoys helping businesses increase their search visibility and attract more customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for multiple clients to enhance local search visibility and presence on Google Maps.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Perform local SEO audits to identify areas for improvement in client profiles.
- Optimize GBP categories, services, business descriptions, and other profile elements to boost performance.
- Maintain local citations and business directory listings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor local rankings, search visibility, and overall GBP performance on a regular basis.
- Quickly identify and resolve local SEO issues to achieve optimal results.
- Provide support for on-page SEO and website optimization when needed.
- Track performance metrics and prepare clear SEO and GBP reports for clients.
- Stay current with the latest Google and Local SEO best practices through ongoing research.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Strong understanding of Local SEO and Google Maps features.
- Proficiency in keyword research and competitor analysis methods.
- Basic knowledge of on-page SEO and technical SEO principles.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with agencies or on client-based SEO projects is a plus.
