SEO & Google Maps Ranking Expert

We are seeking a skilled SEO and Google Business Profile / Google Maps Ranking Expert to enhance the online presence of our businesses and drive increased organic leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in local and national SEO strategies, with a focus on improving website rankings and optimizing Google Business Profiles to generate more qualified calls and leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Improve website rankings for targeted local and national keywords.
- Optimize and rank Google Business Profiles within Google Maps and the Local Pack.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO optimizations.
- Build high-quality citations and backlinks to strengthen domain authority.
- Optimize Google Business Profile elements, including categories, services, descriptions, photos, and posts.
- Enhance local SEO signals and location-based rankings.
- Identify and resolve SEO issues that negatively impact rankings.
- Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, calls, leads, and conversions.
- Provide clear and concise weekly or monthly performance reports.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites and locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in successfully ranking websites on Google.
- Strong expertise in Google Maps and Google Business Profile SEO.
- Solid understanding of local SEO, including citations, backlinks, on-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, BrightLocal, Local Falcon, or similar platforms.
- Ability to present previous ranking results or case studies demonstrating SEO success.
- Deep knowledge of white-hat, sustainable SEO practices that comply with search engine guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Experience working with local lead-generation businesses is highly desirable, particularly in industries such as roofing, windows, remodeling, home services, healthcare, or other local service sectors. This role offers flexibility with remote work options and can be structured as full-time, part-time, or freelance depending on the candidate’s experience. Compensation ranges from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000 per month.

Candidates applying should be prepared to share their previous SEO results or case studies, examples of Google Maps rankings achieved, the SEO tools they currently use, their expected monthly salary or rate, and their availability to start.
