This position is for an SEO Expert and Link Building Specialist based in Lahore, requiring on-site work at our DHA Phase 6 office. The role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with bloggers, community managers, and website owners within the SaaS, technology, and related industries to enhance our backlink profile and overall SEO performance. Candidates must be local to Lahore as remote work is not an option.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant websites for reciprocal and A-B-C link exchange opportunities within targeted niches such as SaaS and technology.
- Conduct manual outreach via email to website owners, bloggers, publishers, and SEO professionals to initiate link-building conversations.
- Negotiate link exchange agreements professionally, aiming to build long-term partnerships with publishers.
- Propose and finalize mutually beneficial link exchange deals by evaluating potential websites for niche relevance, organic traffic trends, backlink profiles, indexing status, and overall quality.
- Manage both inbound and outbound outreach communications, including follow-ups, negotiations, and confirming collaborations.
- Secure high-quality do-follow backlinks through various methods such as link exchanges, link insertions, and guest post collaborations.
- Maintain an organized outreach tracking system or CRM to monitor prospects, email responses, negotiation progress, approved deals, and live backlinks.
- Collaborate closely with content and SEO teams to ensure the correct use of anchor texts, target URLs, and contextual link placements.
- Regularly monitor published backlinks to verify their status, placement, and link attributes remain intact.
- Discover new link-building opportunities using Google search operators, competitor backlink analysis, and SEO tools.
- Consistently meet monthly targets related to outreach volume, successful negotiations, confirmed placements, and acquired backlinks.
- Avoid engaging with spammy, irrelevant, or low-quality websites and adhere to sustainable, white-hat SEO link-building practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO link building, particularly within SaaS, technology, or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective outreach and relationship management.
- Ability to evaluate websites critically based on traffic, backlink profile, and domain quality.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques for backlink research and competitor analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain detailed outreach records and track progress.
- Ability to work collaboratively with content and SEO teams to align link-building efforts with overall SEO strategy.
- Commitment to ethical SEO practices and avoiding low-quality or spammy link sources.
- Must be based in Lahore and able to work on-site at the DHA Phase 6 office.
