We are seeking a dedicated SEO Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Lahore. This role involves managing SEO strategies for multiple website brands, including e-commerce and service-based businesses operating in the USA, UK, and Canada. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong multitasking abilities, focused on improving website rankings on Google through innovative SEO techniques. Please note, this position requires working from the office during night shifts, and remote or work-from-home options are not available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve search engine rankings across company websites.
- Conduct thorough SEO keyword research to enhance website content and marketing materials.
- Establish measurable goals to track and demonstrate improvements in SEO and marketing performance.
- Monitor daily SEO performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing professionals to ensure alignment of SEO goals with overall marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage and refine SEO strategies.
- Create compelling, high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions, to support SEO efforts.
- Regularly update website content and links to maximize optimization and search engine visibility.
- Contribute to increasing brand awareness and expanding market share through targeted SEO initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in keyword research and conducting SEO audits.
- Skilled in link building and on-page SEO techniques.
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support SEO implementation.
- Minimum of two to three years of proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience using keyword research and data mining tools.
- Ability to perform competitive analysis within the industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable analyzing large volumes of data daily.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Considerations:
- Experience working with companies based in the USA or UK is essential.
- Exposure to other marketing areas such as customer growth and promotional activities is a plus.
- Candidates must be punctual, dependable, and committed to a long-term role.
- This position requires working night shifts on-site with no option for remote work.
