SEO Manager

InstaCare, a rapidly growing healthcare IT company, is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead its SEO operations and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on SEO expertise, proven team management skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that enhance website traffic, improve search rankings, and increase conversions. This role requires a proactive leader who can oversee all aspects of SEO while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at boosting organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website conversions. Conduct thorough keyword research and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities to optimize website performance. Oversee website structure, metadata, content optimization, and resolve technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Plan and execute link-building campaigns to enhance website authority and search engine rankings. Analyze competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and adjust SEO tactics accordingly. Lead and manage the SEO team by assigning responsibilities, setting priorities, and monitoring both individual and team performance. Establish SEO targets and track progress against monthly goals related to traffic, rankings, and conversions. Regularly review SEO reports to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content and structure. Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure visuals and creatives support SEO objectives. Oversee the Data Entry team to guarantee accurate, well-structured, and SEO-friendly website uploads. Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices. Provide support for other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role. Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalents. Demonstrated experience in developing SEO strategies and tracking performance against defined targets. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, assign tasks effectively, review performance, and meet deadlines. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in competitive industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, or SaaS is advantageous. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite.

Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is Rs 100,000 to Rs 120,000.

Additional Information
Work location is onsite. Candidates will be asked to confirm their experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings, either independently or as part of a team. Experience managing or leading an SEO team for at least one year is required.
