Leads Monky is seeking a seasoned Senior SEO Specialist / SEO Team Lead to join our fully remote team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced SEO professional who can drive organic search performance into tangible business growth. We are looking for someone beyond basic SEO knowledge—an expert who can identify opportunities, troubleshoot technical issues, craft effective strategies, and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at driving organic growth.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO challenges to improve site performance.
- Optimize landing pages, content, internal linking, and keyword targeting to enhance rankings.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct competitor analysis to uncover new ranking opportunities.
- Monitor SEO performance using data analytics and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO techniques.
- Advanced skills in keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
- Practical knowledge of WordPress, site indexing, crawlability, and site architecture.
- Experience in link building, content optimization, and SEO reporting.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and own results.
- For candidates applying as Team Lead: demonstrated experience managing SEO projects or leading team members is highly preferred.
