SEO Specialist – On-site

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both on-page and technical SEO, with a proven track record of successfully improving website rankings and driving organic traffic. This role requires hands-on expertise in keyword research, content optimization, and conducting comprehensive SEO audits. The position is full-time and based at our office located in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify growth opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
- Perform on-page SEO optimizations including meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Execute technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues impacting site performance.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare detailed reports on SEO performance and recommend actionable improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO with a strong focus on both on-page and technical aspects.
- Proficiency in keyword research and content optimization techniques.
- Experience conducting SEO audits and developing ranking strategies.
- Skilled in using Google Search Console and Google Analytics for performance tracking and analysis.
- Demonstrated success in managing SEO projects that resulted in measurable improvements.
- Excellent command of English, with strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to analyze complex SEO data and implement effective strategies based on insights.
