We are looking for a dedicated in-house SEO Specialist with strong SEO writing skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to boost our online visibility. This role involves conducting keyword research, optimizing content, monitoring website traffic and conversion rates, and preparing detailed reports to track progress. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of SEO best practices and the creativity to implement innovative approaches that enhance organic search rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitor websites to identify SEO opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings.
- Execute SEO tactics such as link building, content optimization, and keyword research.
- Monitor website traffic and conversion metrics using analytics tools to assess performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to track SEO progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, SEO techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Optimize website content by integrating relevant keywords and following SEO best practices.
- Keep abreast of trends in content marketing and SEO to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Write custom website content and other materials as needed to support SEO objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing with at least one year in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools for data monitoring and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey SEO strategies and produce quality content.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred and considered an asset.
- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs35,000 to Rs45,000.
