SEO Specialist

Maalbardaar is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to enhance its online presence both in Pakistan and international markets. As part of a growing digital logistics platform, the ideal candidate will have a strong ability to convert Google search traffic into meaningful website visits and qualified leads. This role requires a proactive approach to SEO, working closely with content and development teams to drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-intent search opportunities.
- Enhance on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve website performance.
- Develop and implement effective SEO content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build quality backlinks to increase domain authority and search visibility.
- Optimize website pages to achieve higher rankings on Google and other search engines.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to maximize organic traffic growth.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of Google’s ranking factors and search algorithms.
- Proven expertise in technical SEO and link-building strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results from previous SEO projects.
- Familiarity with international SEO practices is considered an advantage.
