SEO Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing website rankings, driving organic traffic, and executing comprehensive SEO strategies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Garden East, Karachi, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays. Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement on-page, technical, and local SEO strategies to improve website performance.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize content accordingly.
- Identify backlink opportunities, perform link prospecting, and build high-quality backlinks.
- Analyze backlink profiles and continuously monitor link quality to maintain a healthy link profile.
- Optimize for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Geographical Optimization) to enhance search visibility.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms to track SEO performance and generate actionable insights.
- Perform regular SEO audits and develop strategies to boost organic search visibility and rankings.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in SEO, covering on-page, technical, and off-page aspects.
- Proficient in keyword research, backlink prospecting, and link-building techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve SEO-related challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with website platforms such as Shopify or WordPress is considered a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000 per month, with performance-based incentives. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
- Work location is in-person at Garden East, Karachi.
