SEO Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled SEO Specialist to join our team and enhance our website’s visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings through the development and execution of effective SEO strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze data, optimize content, and stay current with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at boosting organic search performance.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities to optimize website structure and content.
- Optimize website elements including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking for better search engine indexing.
- Perform regular SEO audits to identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO campaigns to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall website performance metrics.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track and analyze SEO results.
- Stay informed about Google algorithm changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing optimization.
- Prepare detailed SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO roles.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in keyword research and SEO analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.

Additional Information

- Compensation ranges from Rs35,000 to Rs55,000 per month.
- This is an in-person position located at DHA Phase 6. Candidates should be able to commute to this location.
