SEO Specialist

Techars Solution is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team for an upcoming project. The ideal candidate will possess strong SEO expertise, excellent English communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in organic search rankings and website traffic. This role requires someone who can independently manage SEO activities, develop effective strategies, and take full ownership of results while working onsite in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and thorough SEO audits.
- Manage all aspects of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page activities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and overall site structure for better search visibility.
- Build and maintain high-quality backlinks using ethical, white-hat SEO techniques.
- Monitor website performance through tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic, enhance keyword rankings, and generate qualified leads.
- Track SEO performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Independently manage SEO projects, meet deadlines, and take accountability for outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Proficiency with professional SEO tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
