Vogn Digital is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist who possesses a comprehensive understanding of SEO beyond traditional backlink building and keyword stuffing. This role emphasizes search strategy, technical SEO, content planning, website optimization, reporting, and driving organic growth. The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple brands and client campaigns, working closely with writers, social media and growth leads, web developers, and project managers. You will take full ownership of the SEO function within the marketing system—from research and planning to implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough keyword research, clustering, and search-intent analysis to inform strategy.
- Perform competitor analysis and identify content gaps to enhance organic visibility.
- Develop SEO content strategies and detailed briefs for writers to ensure targeted and effective content creation.
- Manage on-page SEO elements including internal linking, meta titles, meta descriptions, and overall page optimization.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with the web developer to implement necessary fixes.
- Oversee Google Search Console and GA4 tracking to monitor website performance.
- Monitor indexing status, crawlability, sitemap health, and overall website technical health.
- Review and optimize blog content prior to publishing to maximize SEO impact.
- Track key SEO metrics such as rankings, impressions, clicks, traffic, and organic performance.
- Manage or coordinate backlink acquisition and guest-post opportunities when required.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly SEO reports with clear recommendations for next steps.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media & Growth Lead to ensure SEO and social content strategies align with overall marketing goals.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze a website critically and answer questions like: What pages should rank? Why aren’t they ranking? What improvements are needed next? The role is not suited for someone who only knows how to post blogs or build random backlinks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of both technical and content-driven SEO strategies.
- Ability to conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification.
- Experience managing on-page SEO, technical SEO issues, and website health monitoring.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to track and interpret SEO performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with writers, developers, and marketing teams.
- Ability to develop actionable SEO content strategies and briefs.
- Experience in preparing clear and insightful SEO reports with strategic recommendations.

Work Details
This is an on-site position based in Karachi. The working days are Monday through Friday, with working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM. The salary range for this role is between Rs70,000 to Rs120,000 per month, with the exact figure to be discussed during the interview process.
