Shawarma Stop is looking for energetic and well-mannered Servers to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be customer-focused professionals who excel in delivering attentive and high-quality service within a fast-paced restaurant setting. They should be able to maintain a positive dining atmosphere while working efficiently alongside both customers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and assist with seating arrangements.
- Present menus and clearly explain menu items to guests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and dining areas throughout service.
- Coordinate effectively with order takers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle customer requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Consistently adhere to restaurant service standards and follow management instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Matriculation.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar customer service role is preferred.
