Digital Consultancy Services (DCS) is a specialized advisory firm providing consultancy solutions to Virtual Asset Service Providers, fintech companies, PSP/EMIs, digital-asset ventures, and financial institutions across the Gulf region and Pakistan. The company focuses on regulatory strategy, licensing, AML/CFT compliance, governance, risk management, and operational readiness within the evolving virtual-asset and digital-finance sectors. By combining practical industry experience with deep regulatory knowledge, DCS helps clients develop robust and commercially viable compliance frameworks. Acting as a strategic partner throughout the VASP lifecycle, DCS supports clients from market entry and licensing to policy design, control implementation, and governance structure development. The goal is to enable digital-asset businesses to operate confidently, build regulatory credibility, and scale responsibly in their target markets.

This full-time, on-site Service Consultant role is based in Sindh, Pakistan. The consultant will work closely with clients to interpret regulatory requirements, address operational challenges, and meet compliance expectations related to virtual assets and digital finance. Daily tasks include conducting client assessments, analyzing regulatory guidelines, preparing advisory reports, and contributing to the development of compliance and risk management frameworks. The role also involves managing client inquiries, providing clear and actionable guidance, coordinating with internal subject-matter experts, and ensuring high standards of client satisfaction and service quality. Additionally, the consultant will assist in delivering workshops, presentations, and ongoing client support to help businesses maintain regulatory readiness and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in understanding and navigating regulatory requirements and compliance expectations related to virtual assets and digital finance.
- Conduct thorough client assessments and analyze relevant regulatory guidelines to identify risks and compliance gaps.
- Prepare detailed advisory reports and contribute to the design and implementation of compliance frameworks and risk management controls.
- Manage client communications, respond to inquiries, and provide clear, practical guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal experts to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
- Assist in organizing and delivering workshops, presentations, and training sessions to enhance client regulatory readiness and operational capabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments in the Gulf region and Pakistan to provide timely and relevant advice.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations, assess risks, and evaluate client operations effectively.
- Proven consulting skills, including solution design, stakeholder engagement, and advisory delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing reports, presentations, and client interactions.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and support long-term client relationships.
- Relevant experience in financial services, fintech, compliance, or risk management is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications or certifications in compliance or risk management are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment, manage multiple client engagements, and meet deadlines efficiently.
