Service Engineer

Voltade is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to provide after-hours support for AI agents that power real businesses in Singapore. These agents handle customer interactions on platforms like WhatsApp, manage orders, process invoices, and integrate with systems such as SAP and Shopify. As the first line of support for over 100 companies, you will work during Singapore evenings to ensure these AI agents remain operational and customers receive timely assistance. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, or Bangladesh (UTC+5 to +6). The position offers a fixed monthly salary of SGD 2,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Own after-hours support from approximately 6pm to 1am Singapore Time, responding quickly and clearly to customer inquiries.
- Debug live AI agents by analyzing conversation logs to identify errors, then fix instructions, tables, or automations causing issues.
- Utilize Claude Code daily to investigate problems, write scripts, and implement small fixes.
- Document every incident thoroughly to ensure a smooth handover to the morning support team.
- Identify recurring support issues and provide actionable feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient daily user of Claude Code, able to demonstrate expertise in its application.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, as direct communication with customers is essential.
- Availability to work during Singapore evening hours with the ability to respond promptly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working on the command line and interpreting technical data formats such as logs, JSON, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in technical support, customer success, or a solutions-oriented role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI concepts including tool calls, multi-component processes (MCPs), and agentic workflows is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of TypeScript or Python programming languages is beneficial.
