Our partner company, Rent n Repair, is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and responsible Service Operations Coordinator to oversee daily service operations and serve as a vital link between customers and service providers. This full-time, onsite role is based at DHA Phase 8 Commercial Broadway and reports directly to the CEO. The position offers a competitive salary of 60,000 PKR.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming service requests through the Admin Panel to ensure timely processing.
- Verify bookings and assign appropriate service providers based on availability and expertise.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, technicians, and vendors to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Track technician arrival times, job progress, and completion status to maintain operational efficiency.
- Follow up on pending or delayed orders to minimize service disruptions.
- Update order statuses regularly and maintain accurate operational records for reporting and analysis.
- Handle basic customer communications and reassign vendors when necessary to resolve service issues.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations, customer support, dispatch, logistics, service coordination, call centers, or field-service operations.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable working with technology, including admin systems and service management platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow up persistently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
