Hillcrest Solutions is seeking a skilled Services Sales Design Engineer to join a leading multinational telecom company based in Islamabad. This is a full-time position offering a market-competitive salary. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Services Solution Sales Manager by ensuring technical accuracy, maintaining process compliance, and facilitating smooth coordination across internal teams. This role is essential for delivering seamless service solutions that meet customer requirements and drive satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure service solutions that align with customer needs and company standards, ensuring feasibility while optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure strict adherence to sales and service processes, including order management and contract compliance; identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Manage all sales support documentation such as RFPs, RFIs, and approval workflows; collaborate closely with R&D, Finance, and Service Delivery teams to resolve any technical or operational issues.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to design and process to maintain high solution quality and competitiveness in the market.
- Update internal knowledge bases regularly and provide training to junior staff on solution configurations and process compliance to enhance team capability.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in the telecom sector, either in engineering or sales roles.
- Hands-on experience in at least three of the following domains: Wireless, Core, TXN, MW, Optical, CW, NOC/SOC, Analytics, RF Planning & Optimization, Datacenter, and Power Systems.
- Strong solution design skills with the ability to translate complex customer challenges into practical and customized engineering scopes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management abilities to effectively drive the sales cycle and coordinate between internal technical teams and external clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- HCIE certification is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
