The role involves diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and overhauling mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. The candidate will perform periodic maintenance on heavy equipment machinery such as Truck Mounted Pumps, Truck Mixers, Trailer Pumps, Batching Plants, and Placing Booms. This position also requires providing technical support to customers, managing service operations, spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Conduct periodic maintenance on heavy equipment machinery including Truck Mounted Pumps, Truck Mixers, Trailer Pumps, Batching Plants, and Placing Booms.
- Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper functioning and compliance with quality standards.
- Provide technical support to customers and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Respond promptly to service calls, including on-site fault handling and rapid field service response.
- Manage central warehouse order processing and follow up on distribution order plans.
- Oversee regional spare parts sales and payment management.
- Deliver training and guidance related to the service system.
- Collect and inspect service data to support operational improvements.
- Manage inventory vehicles and conduct inspections of newly received machinery.
- Organize spare parts logistics, including shipping, quality assurance, and management of used spare parts.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate or diploma holder in a relevant field, preferably Automotive.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the machinery or heavy equipment industry.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Skills in cold calling, lead generation, customer relations, marketing strategies, and key account management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Engineering Machinery or Heavy Equipment Machinery such as Truck Mounted Pumps, Truck Mixers, Trailer Pumps, Batching Plants, and Placing Booms.
- Familiarity with the local regional market is an advantage.
