The company is currently seeking a full-time, on-site ServiceNow Developer based in Punjab, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to support both internal operations and client-facing business processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. The developer will also be involved in ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of ServiceNow-based platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure ServiceNow modules and build custom applications and scripts to meet business needs.
- Optimize platform performance and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical designs.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow solutions.
- Contribute to the documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
- Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, with experience in building and maintaining scalable web applications.
- Solid understanding of programming and object-oriented programming (OOP), including scripting and automation relevant to ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, including custom applications, integrations, workflows, and UI policies.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of relational databases like MySQL or SQL Server.
- Ability to analyze requirements, produce clear technical documentation, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with ITSM, ITIL concepts, or enterprise workflow platforms.
- Commitment to writing secure, high-quality, and maintainable code.
