Services Contract & Billing Lead

The Services Contract & Billing Lead will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget by managing billing processes and collaborating with both internal teams and clients to improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-of-month billing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Coordinate billing information collection with Project Managers, Account Managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate precise invoicing.
- Monitor project billing against budgeted amounts in SOWs, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with Project Managers to resolve issues.
- Maintain comprehensive billing documentation, including SOWs, Project Change Requests (PCRs), billing reports, and related records.
- Review invoices monthly for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies promptly by working closely with internal teams and clients.
- Prepare regular reports detailing billing status, cycle metrics, and outstanding invoices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as the primary contact for billing inquiries from Project Managers, Account Managers, and Client Success Managers, ensuring timely and clear communication.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in management, business, IT, or a related field preferred for candidates in Pakistan; Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred for candidates in the US.
- Proven experience in service billing, accounting, or financial analysis roles.
- Strong knowledge of billing processes, financial principles, and accounting practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and billing systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
