Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships in the US logistics industry.
- Onboard new clients and manage existing accounts to foster growth.
- Drive revenue generation through consultative, relationship-based sales rather than scripted calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Achieve sales targets aligned with sustainable performance goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within BPO or logistics sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, either 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
- Commitment to a 6-day workweek (Monday to Saturday) with a 1-month probation period.
- Self-motivated with a focus on long-term client engagement and revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in the US logistics or transportation market is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a service-oriented environment.
- Competitive base salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 70,000 per month, based on experience.
- Additional attendance allowance of PKR 3,000 per month.
- Commission structure based on monthly revenue generated, with potential daily cash rewards for performance.
- Total earning potential exceeding PKR 200,000 per month.
